When i used the Orange HEV Suit as my playermodel, it was a ERROR!

I have a redux of this addon planned. This will fix most of the issues already given in the comments, but please post anything else you've found so I can be sure to fix it during the redux.

Guys please stop asking me for help. I didnt make this i fixed it. @Sniper.exe I have said this 100000000000000 times, only the orange one has hands, i cant make blue and red ones.

The npc's keep spazzing out for some reason whenever they try to reload. They can't even fire their gun after they've used their first clip. Is there anything I'm missing? I don't want them to party hard when they are under heavy attack anymore. :(
