No reason it shouldn't work if you have all the required items unless this is just GMod being fucky again. I heard the most recent update broke some mods but it works for me so I really don't know.

No, and they're set to be hostile to each other so I really don't know if it's something I've done wrong or what

I've noticed a strange behaviour. When you spawn friendly versions of a CT and T next to each other, nothing happens. However, if you spawn a hostile CT and T next to each other, they will attack each other. Is this behaviour intended?

Okay, so the snipers are nerfed and the weapon randomization has been changed. So any weapons that are CT-only in CSGO will only random spawn for CT, same for T. But anything that isn't CT or T only can spawn randomly for any NPC.
