I'm not sure how to make mods for Dynamo. :/

Don't know what you mean by the first thing. I probably won't do Fallout 76, but I might eventually. I haven't made anything for Gmod in a while.

this should be a dynamo music addon so i can here it while i play gmod.

that's pretty weird ngl. Try uninstalling and re-installing, opening Gmod, letting it install, then closing Gmod, re-opening it, then try.

i can't see any of the songs in extended spawnmenu

You need the extended spawnmenu addon. If you scroll down to the bottom of the spawnlist, you'll see "Browse Sounds". Look for my addon name (Fallout - Fallout 4 Soundtrack) in "Browse Sounds". You can then extend that addon by clicking on the plus, and you'll be able to see all the music files. Click on each one to play it.
