I really like what you did with the vampire lord, but can you tone down the destruction perk trees just a tad, seems a little too OP... But great mod overall !

Sounds like a good mod, but what does it do on novice difficulty? Does it increase or decrease the percentige of damage? Anyway, great mod!

I being a mage mostly and vampire lord can understand your frustration in late game. I also had this problem of spells doing barely nothing for damage in late game on legendary difficulty. The only fix I could find was a better perk tree for both vampire lord and for the dragonborn's normal form. However, along side of those perks I received I also downloaded some scaling mods to make vampire lord and magic more effective when I'm in human form. This was very helpful to me to make the game more balenced. Though by first glance your changes to the destruction tree and vampire lord may look overpowered but in all fairness it isn't. The vanilla game was lopsided from the beginning unfavoring to magic users at higher levels and difficulties. This mods may as well correct that problem. I want to say if I didn't have the problem fixed already I would likely try this mod and applaud your efforts for posting this mod.
