Holy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥, my 80 DEX character is dishing out 420 dmg on unarmored opponents in a single swiple and making human sticks out of bandit groups left and right. I have the damage settings as you proposed in your description and people are bleeding to death within a minute of losing their appendages. UC gate guards are also becoming super OP now with their cut damage mained army.

i made a mod that boosts stagger threshold by 1.75,
playing on boosted damage slider does not seem to boost the stagger threshold by itself.
