Should work then.
But that's just a guess.
I would recommend a clean install of the game and also unsub all instances of extended timeline and delete the containing folders for any version of the mod, inside your steam directory.
Then reinstall the game, opt into the 1.28.3 beta branch and then subscribe this mod.
I also have this province ID bug but it is the right version and I dont have any other mods installed.
(I have installed the mod manually 1.28.0)
I have had such problems when either of those conditions are met, with Castile having provinces in Russia, for example (owing to map changes between game versions, so a province ID is different)
Is this how it's meant to be? A change from vanilla or is something wrong here? I found the CB in the mod files and it wasn't edited out, but it's just not available.
Or a clean install. Trust PD to screw it up.
Be sure if you have any mods from outside of steam or homebrew, make a backup of mods you want to keep.
Thanks so much!
The map projection used comes from a mod called Typus Orbis Terrarum.
One problem though: I keep getting the event "Generals Take over the Country". Now I know this event is based on the events of the third century, when the Empire was in a crisis.
But why does this event fire even before 100AD, on an emperor with full legitimacy, 0 corruption and full stability?
I'm not sure why a full system shutdown was required to reach this point, perhaps it's just the workshops buggy behaviour or possibly the game not reading the files correctly, but for anyone who has trouble, it might be an idea to switch your pc/laptop off for five minutes and come back to it.
