Where do you find the followers for this mod?

I found an abandoned shack with an NPC named Llevas and i guess i can have a murder house now ?

BTW she dont have a Hitbox either. I can just walk through her.

Theres a NPC, Reja, at the Alchemist Shack that i cant interact to. Shes just sitting there mourning around, with no way to talk to her?

Good news everyone. We have been given a new asignment. We are to fly to Sigma 18, to the man-eaters' planet, homeworld of the cannibals. There we will be given this add-on for free, but only if you marry the skeever kings' daughter. The skeever king is a genetical experiment gone horribly wrong but his daughters are all born that way naturally. We all must sacrifice for this add-on, so you will do it for the rest of us. They smell bad, but put some moss in your nose, Ive been told that helps by the person we sendt to marry his other daugther last time we were there. And if it...hmm...she, asks you to hmm, "go down south", I think not all the moss in the world will help, but you will find a way or she will eat you. Maybe thats just as well? Up to you. Byebye now, have a nice trip, have fun and hurry back with the add-on, its well worth it on my part :)

I've downloaded this mod, as well as CoT2, and I have found none of these new NPC's around. Any reason for that? I'm playing it through the SKSE.

Hopefully when Beyond skyrim comes out sometime, can you do a submod of that mod that is much like this mod? Adding unique citizens that talk in each province? That'd be neat as well
