Yeah, Ukraine wasn't a thing until the 19th century. It should be replaced by Ruthenia or Galicia-Volhynia.

For anyone looking for a mod to replace this seemingly dead one, shattered europa offers essentially the same thing with a better map and many more countries

for anyone still holding out, i belive this mods dead at this point. In essence this mod here http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=342746678&searchtext= is its sucesser. It does alot of the same things .

Ghandi, right click EU4 and go to properties, the go to the betas tab and select the version that this is intended for.

Ill always miss playing as West China. Shattered Europa has a similar feel, but Warring States always had a charm that i loved. I loved seeing Jin form against the Kitan Empire (i think) in East Asia, and how Europe would be so fractured, along with the Middle East. I sincerely hope this mod is worked on once more, but i understand if it isn't. Great mod anyways!

Yeah I just checked out Shattered Europa and it is pretty much the same but the people working on it are actually invested.
