not sure what happened, if u didn't already, i might wait 5 minutes so all the mods load before u start playing? if u did, maybe u could check ur data files and make sure all of the boxes are checked?

Unable to play as one of the races. Started a new game, and there was only the vanilla races. Any advice? These races sound interesting.

each mod adds a race to skyrim, just press the tilde key and type showracemenu, or start a new game to play as a race.

no, i you will not turn into a dragon. you will look kind of like an argonian, but different colors and different abilities to avoid clipping, crashing, etc. in other words, adds a race for each of the dragons of Phyrria, in a argonian-like form with their own unique abilities. i hope this clears it up.
