Just checked this mod: it works great.
No collision with TMPE or any other mod as of now.
Will update if there is any issue.

This is what you need if you want to balance loads between multiple import/export rail terminals.
Goes serveral magnatudes further than TMPE in this role.

no error for me in this mod but i think it may not work . i used it for a few years before seem no difference for the path finding, i usually place 2 parallel cargo station for export so AI use both by adjust the path finding , now seems no effect for a very high factor

I don't use this mod but TM:PE may have this functionality and this mod is out of date, being last updated 2 years ago as of the writing of this message.

Just wanted to let know that "Simulation error: Array index is out of range" occurs in combination with the More PathUnits mod. I suspect the culprit to be in Adjust Pathfinding mod. The More PathUnits mod works fine with all others mods. If required, i can supply output_log.txt file. Since this mod can be safely disabled/unsubbed but disabling/unsubbing More PathUnits results in savegames no longer working, I've decided to disable/unsub this mod until a fix is available.

Due to the limited amount of functions this mod has, I think its features should just be integrated within TM:PE

Due to unclear incompatibility issues with Plazas&Promenades DLC and TM:PE I placed this nice mode on the list of Compatible but skipped mods.

I wish I had watched the video when I first subscribed to this. Now that I see how it works it's absolutely amazing. This will fundamentally alter how I build industrial areas and cargo networks.

Has anyone figured out an algorithm to set the event probability for more than two terminals? Or would you just put "0.7" for all but one of the terminals?

Does this mod affect buses? If a road thinks it is going to take longer, then will the game try to get more buses dispatched to the route?

Secondly, will this affect bus routing? Will buses perhaps try to reroute in the same way a car would? I don't want buses to go out of their way and double back and whatever to avoid a part of the road but I do want to strongly discourage other traffic modes from using the road.

This is sooooo much better at managing traffic than TMPE with improved AI. +1 for the idea of dynamic occupation offset.

I have marked the bridge segment of this junction. The bridge has a 110 km/h speed setup, and the roundabout has 60 km/h. Nothing has happened so far. The cars are still choosing the roundabout to go straight. I use these mods. Please advise.

Hi :) thanks for your suggestions. I had points 1 and 2 my mind as well, but implementing those is not quite easy and comes with a few drawback of worse compatibility and performance. So I won't implement them any time soon.
I will implement point 3 if I'll have some spare time.

Hi Strad

Three suggestions :-)
1. What about an occupied offset. When a segment is occupied (per direction/lane) just add a
n number to the "segment length"
2. What about numbers per lane, not only the segment at a whole
3. What about an underground mode (like 'Future' want to have)
(btw:Other mods use the shift-key to switch in underground mode)

With 1 I can avoid traffic jam
With 2 I can force the vehicle to use the right (resp. left) lane
With 3. it is possible to have tunnels with 'restrictions'

And I handling issue:
Most of the mods could be leave by ESC, in yours you have to use "Close"

As I say, just suggestions :-)

It's working fine, as far as I could tell. I have a few instances of it in my city for vehicles, and one of the more recent ones had to have been working or else I would have noticed a lot more traffic on this one smaller road that the fish trucks like to use. No fish trucks/commercial trucks = success!

I increased my pagefile and I just got it to load. Sorry for the false alarm. I didn't think that would be an issue since it worked before the update, I disabled some other mods and assets, AND I haven't even bought the DLC, but apparently it was.

It wouldn't load. To be fair I have several other mods, but I got my city to load after disabling this. I then quit, reenabled, tried to load, and it crashed during loading. I then disabled again voila, loads. I didn't mess with anything else, but I felt that twice not loading with it and then twice loading without it was enough.

If you can get it load, then perhaps I've done something wrong. In which case I apologize for the false alarm. But I wouldn't think one mod would, I don't know, push me just over some limit. I can try again soon.

I believe I can confirm that this mod has been broken by the update. For me, the game crashes during loading with this mod enabled.

So, this a really helpful and useful mod. I love it.
But I have a problem/bug: Upgrading a road that has a pathfinding modifier on it gives an error message and breaks the segment. But that's just a minor inconveniance at this point.
However I'm using a lot of other mods, so it might be an incompatibility issue.
But today, I accidently removed a node with networking tools, which corrupted all nearby nodes, forcing me to quit and using an old save (Autosave saved 20 seconds after the bug appeared x.x ). I'm not sure if this is fixable, but I think it should be mentioned.

It makes me happy that you enjoy this mod :) Unfortunately, it is not that easy to make different kinds of vehicles behave in different ways - otherwise I would implement it in the first go. So don't expect this feature any time soon :(

I have a suggestion; I see the buses do not want to take their (shorter route which has been elongated by this mod) usual paths and use longer paths. To prevent this I have to put bus stops in that shortcut path but it is causing a mess. Can you improve it in a way that it can give us options to not apply the regulation on buses and SOS vehicles, I guess?

I have a problem. make a loading port exclusive for an industrial zone, and that no one else uses it. so I put a restriction of this mod to all the entrances to that zone. but the bus lines, which I had using those entrances, stopped working. and the garbage power plants, which it had in the area, stopped sending trucks.

Is a way to use this to medical helicopters to use the hospitals instead of medical clinics
