(My English is not perfect.)
I adjusted the lot so it doesn't overlap other buildings. Because this asset is Growable, it may be constructed outside of a corner or oriented in a strange way.
In that case, Move it! Move or correct with.

When added in, these often grow in plots too small for their size and start overlapping and intersecting with other buildings. They look good, but that fatal flaw prevents me from wanting to keep them. :(

I like the building but it has trouble rotating and built the corner facing away from the actual street corner; leaving a long section of the building in the actual road.
