Why is the sky not retro styled within the map? Is it a setting or a mod I need to remove?

Its like this with other maps and I am just really confused.

atleast link the damn models used. they arent in the content. im missing models and it is annoying me because all i can see on my screen is a big fat error model as if it is connected to my player

when you download, it tells you that you need ti get the content packs, click on them and it will send you to the page where you can download the content packs to make it work
