Hello enchante'...yes, both of those DLCs are needed with this blueprint. The roots and swamp trees are part of the Adventure DLC while the vast majority of the wood work and the fencing is from the Spooky DLC. I recommend both DLCs because they offer many building pieces that can be used for almost anything.
