She will always be married, the game does this, if you use the gay marriage mod she is married to Lu Zheng when she arrives. As soon as she arrives, divorece her immediatley or she will have her former partners child.

click on her, and choose "divorce" in the family tree

Mind you, I am working under the assumption that I cannot divorce Zheng Jiang from a husband that is in a different faction. If that is possible, I wouldn't mind some guidance to this newbie.

I am rather new to the game, but for me Zheng Jiang shows up married to someone else entirely. This person is also in an entirely different faction. Lastly, if possible, is there a way to ensure that she is not actually married to anyone?

@Dr Goo Can you do one that makes Zhang Yan join the player faction? I want to play Zheng and have the power couple of bandits.

- Download "Pack File Manager" (PFM)
- open DrGoosZhengJiangArrives.pack with PFM
- make the changes acording to Schrödinger's Core

In my new campaign like aikurisu Lu Zheng didn’t join my faction and someone called Gui Zheng joined instead. It’d be awesome if you could update the mod and add a line that’d fix this for those of us who’ve already encountered the problem

It would probably require you to upload 2 different versions of your mod, one for MTU and one for normal play.

I got it to work with MTU. The problem is that under cdir_events_incident_option_junctions_tables Lu Zheng is listed as "3k_main_template_historical_lady_lu_zheng_hero_water". This needs to be changed to the MTU version of her, which would be "3k_mtu_template_historical_lady_lu_zheng_hero_water"

After changing that line the real Lu_Zheng shows up instead of the random character you'd get otherwise.

The big mods such as WU and MTU alter startpos, if the char is changed in the startpos, this mod won't work.she could also is dead.

Is it not work with WU Mod? 191 no one arrived including 何皇后于. I am using Macbook pro.

I'll check it out asap, just got the latest MTU update and they got SONG JINTING I only ever play as Gongsun Zan or Yan Zhang, wow I'll take a look under the hood concerning Lu Zheng and if I can't fix it up, remover her from the mod sadly.

Perhaps this mod needs to be updated? Instead of MTU-Lu Zheng, we get a generic design of Gui Zheng.

MTU is buggy af right now. Prolly a good idea to just wait for a few weeks and see if they fix their mod.

OK, just tested this mod with MTU + Puzzle 1.5 and can confirm something is not right if MTU is installed. Zheng Jiang arrived no problem 190 campaign, but Lu Zheng wasn't even her, some weird character called Guo Zheng. I can't even play the new 1.5 Puzzle mod on it's own as it has MTU as a hard requirement. So I'll have to take a look at where Lu Zheng went, or remove her completely from the mod.

And because they spawned her, the spawn steals the armor off the real one

Guys, Lu Zheng is moved, not spawned. For the 190 campaign. If you got MTU or any other mod their Lu Zheng is the fake clone, not mine.

I'm assuming I'm missing something or otherwise being derpy, but I don't know what it is that I'm missing.

This is the only mod I have activated. I'm playing the base campaign (190 start date). I've tried with multiple characters and Zheng Jiang does not join in 190 Winter, or up to 10 turns after that. I've had the same problem with the Empress He mod.

With the new MTU updated, Lu Zheng stays in the old faction and instead, a generic shows up.

@Candy-Sama - No it doesn't, theirs is the generic clone. My mod move the "actual" Lu Zheng but they have spawned in a clone early and it took Lu's stuff.

Hi Dr Goo! Turns out if you use this with Radious/We're Different Generals, ur Lu Zheng event brings over a different, generic Lu Zheng general instead of Zheng Jiang's Lu Zheng! Any work around for this?

That was it! I had a bunch of events every turn but she eventually showed up in 191. Thank you very much for the mod.

It depends if she's already dead, or in your recruitment pool. Is her faction destroyed? She may go to another faction (she should come first chance) but also if you have a lot of events stacked, it might take some time.

Hi, I enabled this mod in year 189 as Liu Hong and Zheng Jiang didn't arrive at 190. Does it need to be enabled earlier, or is it perhaps incompatible with mods that edit start position?

I can confirm, this mod works with MoH. She comes in 190 but you'll need some money to either promote her or marry her.
