Thats odd. i've had this mod on ever since i made it. and it still works for me and a couple of other people.

I tested the mod but it somehow doesn't work for me (I have checked my add-ons, there is no file that conflicts with this mod)

GTA 4 would have been even more perfect if Rockstar didn't cut these audios so GTA 4 can be way darker

They cut this out probably because its too dark when niko dies because his storys just so depressing.

Yeah. i too wish they didn't cut those sounds.

I don't understand why Rockstar would cut this. Also, I feel like most of these sound files are used through the pause menu.
