It causes a ragdoll duplication issue for me, but one is invisible. Even with default combine. Is this meant to be compatible with all NPC's or just default? And why is it duplicating ragdolls?

Suggestion, when a NPC dies they are on the ground having there hand up in the face pleading for mercy. You can kill them. if you dont they will bleed out and die anyways. They could pull a sidearm out or not. just a suggestion tho

PLEASE make the spasms only last until the end of the sound because that would be SO MUCH BETTER
