They're just one of the vanilla pedestrian crossing lights but sunk into the ground a bit ;)

to lower the props to street-level you'll have to use Prop Snapping mod and make sure the "Allow prop to submerge" option is enabled in the mod settings. Then you can lower them with Move It mod. I'll update the description.

Great set, if there is any time in the future to add anything those spring loaded fingers or hydrallic bollards that come out of the ground if you try to go the wrong directions would be cool add.
