By default, maps subscribed to on the workshop will download to the workshop folder
<Steam Install Location>\steam\steamapps\workshop\content\440\XXXXXXXX <-- The last folder being the id of the subscribed content. Open these until you find the map file you are looking for.

You need to move it from this location to the TF2 map folder
<Steam Install Location>\steam\steamapps\common\team fortress 2\tf\maps . Then it will appear in the map selection for creating a local server. :)

@{FITH}™ Cairell of Skye you can't load workshop maps in your create a server map list you have to go into and type load workshop 1776125280, something like that

I subscribed but the map isn't showing up in my maps list.
