Okay, so after working with the model for a bit, I've solved my problem, so I'll just put the answer here since others also seemed to be having the "issue." There's nothing actually wrong with the model (kudos to you, cigmaZ!). To access Sam's sheath models (which include just the sheath, the sheath with a Murasama in it, and just the mount for the sheath), you need to right click on the model name, go to "set body groups," go to "sheath," and then from there you can choose from 4 options. "Set body groups" is also where you can access other model details such as replacing his cybernetic arm with his human arm or put his battle mask on his face. Hope this helps someone!
