If the check works like: If there is a new deposit, then show notifiactio nif not do nothing, then from purely performance point of view, less taxing is checking every day.

Yes, you reach that threshold, then it simply will remind you every 10 seconds, so you need to turn off the mod, clear the deposit, enable it and so forth in a loop. Thank you for your time!

Everything else seems to work fine, just the deposit remaining warning doesn't work and needs to be set to 0. Whatever. So, another thing... but I think this might be a vanilla issue... it would be cool if colonists that are on an expedition didn't count towards the homeless and unemployed count.

The "Deposit Remaining Warning" feature doesn't work properly -- keeps sending a popup saying my concrete deposit is under X (where X is whatever number I use as the threshold in this mod's setting, even if I set it to something really low like 1). If I set it to 0, it does disable this feature and the popup doesn't come back... but... maybe this mod is too old and doesn't work anymore?

This mod keeps popping up an annoying message all the time and it can not be shut off even by disabling the mod within the game while the game is running so I had to uninstall this mod completely after exiting the game. SUPER ANNOYING mod, beware!

I am getting the same LUA ERROR for this mod many times in the log file, [LUA ERROR] PackedMods/1775006723/Code/Script.lua:110: attempt to index a nil value (field '?')

@ChoGGi Thanks so much for your mods! They are a godsend! Just a quick question. I know this is probably not going to fly but the warning message for the Deposit Remaining Warning would be better served as a notification on the top left instead of an entire warning message pausing the whole game.

Also, I have clicked on the warning message to accept that I am aware of the deposit warning but it repeatedly comes up after a few seconds and I have to keep clicking on it. Very annoying. I don't want to disable the warning because I still want to be notified of the low deposit so it's a little frustrating that I have to disable the warning and then re-enable it later. A notification on the top left would be much better.

Thanks again for your mods...cant live without them :-)

I just dug this game out again to finish the last achievements.
For some readson, this mod keeps constantly telling me that my concrete deposite is below 100, but I only have one extractor build and the amount is at ~1500.
Any idea what's wrong here?

Hey ChoGGi - hope all is well. In the game Per Aspera, by hovering the infobar, you can see a graph showing the usage of each resource. It is a really good and easy way to see how a resource is trending. Do you think you could do something similar in this mod, where we could see the graphs from the Command Centre by hovering the infobar? Cheers!

That other error is probably from Coloured Depots?
At least "(947): upvalue UpdateDepotsListsForNonModdedLoadedGame" suggests that.

Okay, I've found the trigger:
Build the first shuttle hub, then mouse over the drones part of the info bar to freeze the mod. It's only the drones part that causes the error, and I also tested waiting until the hub was fuelled before mousing over but it still bugs out.

I tested disabling the following mods before building the shuttle hub, but they did not make any difference:
Shuttle Reservation System
Change Drone Type
Change Skin Wasp Drones
Drone Controller Show Available Resources

I'm using a bunch of mods (mostly yours) and also Silva's Essential Files and a couple of automated factory mods.

I think I've got the new version installed, but the error persists in that save.

Seems my guess was wrong - in another game where I had lost a drone, it didn't bug out.
I had a look at the save files, and I'm not keen on uploading 36 MB on my shitty connection.
On that game I was using a not-yet-published mod that changes the Japanese sponsor to use normal drones instead of wasps, perhaps that did it?

I've since changed the mod to alter the drones back to wasps and I'm not getting that error on a new same.
I'll keep mousing over the drone count in this new game, and if I see it bug out I'll go back to the last auto save and try to replicate it.

This mod stops updating with an empty drones pop-out stuck on screen after mousing over the drones count on the menu bar.
It happens on the saved game where I had some drones destroyed (and then demolished), but not on games where no drones have been destroyed.

That's a better report than I usually get :)
though IsValid(deposit.amount) will always be false, because numbers can't be valid objs.
If you still have this save game and don't mind uploading it somewhere?

Bug in CountDepositRemaining line 134, where deposit.amount was nil for some reason. I think it may have been caused by a frozen extractor but not sure.

Fixed by adding IsValid(deposit.amount) to that check
