after trying everything i could imagine leading to the problems i encountered i still found no solution: the boots aswell as the gauntles appear way darker in my game than on the screenshots posted here. its only a tiny bit lighter than the original ebony armor. does any1 have any ideas how to fix that?

Also, if you could tone down how white it is, thatd be great, like have it faded or something. Maybe also add a trim of Red/Blue/Black? Thatd also make it easy on the eyes.

So, Mithril Mail, is that like Ebony Mail? The Daedric chestpiece? If it is then does it have that same shadow effect that the Ebony Mail does? Thatd be straight up amazing.

This is my favorite retexture of ebony armor, and it's even better that it's standalone and craftable, so it's not replacing anything. The ebony mail looks incredible. I wish the author would have added a tiny bit of blue to the rest of his re-texture though. Mithril is supposed to be an incredibly tough light weight metal. Ebony is an incredibly tough heavy metal. Makes sense if you'd need the ebony smithing perk. Mods that add a perk make them incompatible with anyother mod that adds perks to that perk tree. Mithril is not silver -_- I think Ljames did a fine job with this mod, and agree with his changes. If people need the ebony smithing perk and don't want to wait "5 months", use the console to add your perks. Or just use the console in this way: help "mithril" 4, player.additem "insert id given from previous command" 1.

why Ebony perk. why couldnt you just add another perk called Silver. common. ill have to do smithing for the next 5 months untill i get that. i was gonna mix this set with the other silver armor set (one that was biuld ontop of the steel plated armor set) and mix them. though now i got no choice.

Have you you tried opening the develepor console and typed: help "mithril". That should give you the item code

Is there an item code for the helmet I can have? I don't have 80 smithing, and really don't feel like waiting until I do to use the helmet.

I've got the texture problems on just the armor, but the weapons are fine. It's like the silver and black are blending together or that they are overlapping. Yet weapons are nice and shiny. I did download both sets so I could make one for Lydia aswell and I also have Deacons Dark Brotherhood Armor and Weapons installed, not sure if that's the problem.

I am having the same texture issue. Instead of white, they show as black. I will mess around with my mods to see if I can find what may be causing the problem. If I find anything, I will get back here and let you know.

might want to combine the files as it is kind of annoying to have two selections for each of the Mithril weapons

maybe its the weapons, ive had several problems with them. just reinstall the dragon bone weps

Hmm, non of those should conflict. Has anyone else encoutered the same texture problems?

i'm using "unofficial skyrim patch", crimson nirnroot quest markers, Stones of Barenziah quest markers,dragon bone weapons complete, winterhold, horse armors, craftable armor circlets, archmage necklace, and tactical mage ysolda. the only one i can think that would conflict would be the patch mod

hmm, it looks like there may be more problems with the light armor textures than I realized. I'll look into it

What is the armor rating on this one is it on pair with the dragonscale lightarmor since I´d love to use this one instead of the ugly dragonscale armor :()

For anyone having texture issues, I apologize. I am having a hard time finding the time to fix it. However, subscribe to the heavy armor version and it will fix the problem. Having both versions is kind of nice anyway.

Never had a problem with either of these mods and I use Both Light and heavy versions...its to bad PC' cant handle a Polished mirror like mettalic texture maybe in the future it will be able to......all in all Great Mod

I really like the mod! But whenever i try to equip the helmet my head disappear entirely, i tried turning off my other mods, but to no avail. Any ideas?

I'm become a complete user when I'm not at work...I removed the helmetless mod and another mod I had subscribed to that added open helmet for ebony armor. I believe that was the conflict. It has been corrected and I apologze for jumping to conclusions. I really do like this mod and I am glad it was written so well.

BTW I just subscribed to Helmetless by Moist Prince and now when I put on your helmet i dont have a head. It was funny at first running around with no head but it was an uncomfortable kind of funny. I mean no one bloody noticed a headless Khajit running around Winterhold. What's wrong with those people. I turned off the helmetless mod but it still happens.

Thank you for this mod it is very cool. Is it possible to have an open helmet version of this? I know someone made an open helmet ebony version, that works well for Argonians and Khajits. I spent some time working on my Khajit's mug and i'd like to see it if i could.

mithril weight should be next to nothing and should have an armor rating as strong dragon scale or more. also should be super valuable. so said bilbo
