Via settings in library choose 1.35 beta (or you can just wait for release) and then turn on mod in the mod manager and check in audio settings if you toggled "enable voice navigation". After all of this just choose "Русский Яндекс.Алиса" voice pack

GabeSVR, check please if you playing on 1.35 version and if you chosen correct voice pack at sound settings
