I was looking for the juggernaut in the Race section, but it's under the subrace section for humans. Sorry for being silly!
The mod works great, had no trouble selecting the juggernaut even in Modded Game starts!
deactivates the mod that modifies the start and launches a new vanilla game. if it doesn't work, tell me ;)

new starts for this mod are blocked on specific races.
example: for the Juggernaut start, you cannot take another race.
I have an issue, I can't select the Juggernaut as Race for the Game starts. I do have a mod that adds more game starts and possibly modifies vanilla starts as well. Could they be conflicting with your mod?
the "The Juggernaut" mod adds a new race which can be used in all vanilla starts or with its own start (to beat the legendary Jugg)
watch out for food with a group of Jugg! ^^
In any way, the random recruits that are added to Bars and waystations also can be recruited with no problem, so that combined with the ninja recruits I nabbed on ym current run helped me getting a nice OP juggernaut squad together. Time to see how they fare against Iron spiders MKII from the gen mod! (I expect massive limb loss!)
It could be that there is some kind of odd conflict with a mod I have that affect both Dust and starvers, adding more races to their spawn pool, so that might cause some issues, however it seems only when combined with the juggernauts, but I know too little about modding to be able to say if there is a connection

After I isntalled the original Juggernaut mod as well as the animation patch I decided to mod some of the files myself to add them as a race to Bandit groups (Starvers ad Dust bandits) and for a time it worked fine, but every other starving badnit juggernaut I tried to recruit would just refuse to offer the recruitment dialogue. At most they'd just insult me. I made sure they were disarmed, since the dialogue of them hitting the cage with their weapon still worked.
Now after I found this mod of yours and installed it I tried recruiting some Dustbandits and starvers again, and still, sometimes they will just outright refuse to talk to me.
For HN, the Jugg are humans, they have no horns, no dark skin and they are not machines...
all are well! ^^
Does this mean you replaced some vanilla unique recruits with juggernauts?
Jugg are less common than other race. ;)
Can you mod his wife into the game? that was a pet peeve of mine, that there was no wife to find in the slave camps, or slaver dialogue to tell you what happened to her.
Not sure its should be like that or not but its fun to fight them :D
