As for the rest, thank you for finally explaining, but I have no intention of looking it up or making an item related to it. If you find someone who already knows about it, knows who Flandre is, and would actually care about what they're doing, you'd end up with a better item in the end. Sorry, but I just can't truly say that I'd be able to force myself to actually put any real effort into making it. Think of this as the perfect time to start modding for yourself. Nobody knows what you want better than yourself, and clearly you know exactly what you want. Maybe you'll even get to the point where you've made so many mods about project touhou that people will ask you to make a pony mod and you'll have to have this very same discussion (unless you're a brony too, then... uhm... something else ).

Do you even know what project touhou is? Well, it's a top down shoot-em-up game series known for it's ridiculous amount of bullet hell (affectionately known as "Danmaku"), Awesome music, mysterious setting (I'm referring to the hidden world of Gensokyo) and memorable characters. Flandre is one of those characters. And if you still don't understand what I'm talking about, remember that search engines like Google are your allies as long as you are careful. Let's start with the basics, type "Project touhou Wiki" into your Google Search or equivalent thereof on your end.

If you explained it, I might be able to figure it out, but, as of now, I'm at a complete loss . Honestly, even if you do explain it, I still likely will be unable to figure out what exactly you want because, since I have yet to even hear of what you're talking about, I will, in all likelyhood, be unable to form a mental picture of the final item, which will make producing it impossible, but you should still probably try."
