It's actually a specific other addon called 'Sci-Fi Playermodels.' You can find it if you just keep scrolling after searching 'Sci-fi' under models in the workshop page.

@Sinctova @Jericho01 Pic no. 3 looks to be some sort of Blacklight model with a Halo Reach Military Police helmet. The very last pic uses Blacklight models that don't have any obvious additions.

Greatgrungus, the helmet looked the same but the rest of the model don't. I try the other Sci-Fi model but they too don't match. So I have no idea what it is.

I have all download and install but still dont work every time i boot up gmod it always extracting Sci-Fi Citizens v4 and does not work i have uninstall and reinstall still do not work
