Report a translation problem
For whatever reason, Paradox has made it so all personalities except the genocidal ones are no longer hesitant to join a federation, and left the old values commented out, making me wonder if this is a temporary hack for a bug of some sort. I did merge that into this mod.
As it is a change I pulled in from vanilla, they would likely be just as federation happy in vanilla (barring federation evaluation breaking with overridden personalities)
The AI is still only aggressive when it thinks it has a good chance of not losing. If you significantly outpower it, it still isn't going to pick a fight with you. I didn't want to turn all aggressive personalities into "Metalheads", who go to war with reckless abandon.
Also, it is entirely possible that how the AI evaluates going to war changed some in 2.6 that I need to consider (it isn't in the personality file though; I've already merged those changes)
