Report a translation problem
Go to the settings and enable the option to disable buildings already placed on map and the buildings will go dormant again
Also if i start up the map the dam kind of breaks and alot of water releases creating a mini tsunami's that destroys people's stater cities on most of the loaded saves I had on this map it kept on happening.

As a point, at the beginning I tried to connect the just created houses to bridge electricity but they don't get any energy so I suppose that even if it counts as energy, I can't connect to it until later on the game using some other structure
There is only one thing that surprises me: next to the dam there are some large rocks that suffer from crime and need garbage service or a cemetery. What are they? Can I remove them?

Great map, I head over to a cabin we own up in Revelstoke twice a year so great to see a map based off of it
Don't know what to tell you. Map was made Vanilla and shows no issues.
