I like this, I find it fitting on Soldier and medic, Mostly... Hence soldier's voice lines: ''I will eat your ribs, I will eat them up!'', And medic's crazed laughters. But the others...I don't think it suits them very much.

I agree that it should probably be a Spy-only item. Seems a bit weird on some of the others. But anyway! Good design.
