I always go with the adjusted alignment (balanced) into play.
There are only two situations in which I change something.
1. I'm back with more than two goals. -> Alignment with offensive, Passart on medium and vertical, flanks hit early and shoot at full speed, play fast continue, Pressing and defense line on very high and the wing defenders on attack.
2. I lead in the 85th minute with only one goal. -> defensive orientation, both passages at very low, time playing at full, reshaping and holding position, pressing intensity on medium and the outside midfielder on support.
Do you ever change mentality? like if i were to play in CL against a top club or do you just play on balanced? :) And do you use any oi:s?

I have not even thought about an Offensive approach to this tactic. Currently I'm on a Trip at the Moment. As soon as I'm back home, I can try it.

The reasons are...
- The "Player Instruction": Crossing Frequency -> Cross Less Often (He will rarely flank and mainly pass)
- He usually stays on the line when he has the ball himself

I redesign the training every week. I only do that because I enjoy it and not because it's really better.
The easiest way is to give the trianing to your assman. Every week you get the training for the next week in the "Inbox". The Assman uses only the first two training sessions every day and always leaves the third one free.
Just fill in these free fields.
One game a week gives you five free seats. Twice Physically (if possible at the beginning of the week) and once each attack and ball possession from the General Training. Add to that a game preparation unit (every week another one) and after matches Match Review.
Just make sure that the intensity bar does not turn red (orange is ok but not every day).
Leisure does not need these spoiled boys. :-)
