its probably an oversight considering they weren't supposed to be a playable race in the first place. Why would they go back and change it if they are never outside of the fog islands in the first place.

Thanks a lot dude, I have a fogman team and it was annoying me that they couldn't go to a lot of places

it is possible that it does not work a combination of mods.
I haven't tried it alone mod
