This produces a 4gb error log filled with:

Error: Trigger condition set on the wrong scope in province event 'mrd.1': Scope.GetCountryTag().IsValid()

Looks like Europa Expanded doesn't work with this mod, alas.

It does, but a few provinces for some reason explode randomly, in particular dwarven holds. Two of them are up to over 300 development in like 1520."

Any news or experiences with this..?

also after looking through your discussions board, it seems like you abandoned the local_development_cost approach because of the scaling dev. however, you can just mod the "development_scaled" static modifier to be 0, and then local_development_cost would behave in the way you expect (terrain/climate debuffs minus whatever)

I fixed it, you just need to wrap your condition in an owner tag. also theres not much sense in enumerating every 1 percent change since every source of DCR is in 5 percent increments.

Hey, just wondering about the code in mrd_events; you have a bunch of country scoped stuff inside of province scope. This is inside of province_event:

Hey guys. I just updated the mod with the latest version (with a few small optimizations) so that you don't get a warning when playing with this mod. However some latest game features are not in effect with the automatic development system (new HRE reforms, great projects etc.). I'll update the mod with those latest features in a few days.

The mod doesn't work anymore for me. Not sure if it's a problem i've caused or if it's the mod. The events don't show up and when i run ''event mrd.0'' it says ''missing localisation''. I already tried completely re-installing the game, but that doesn't work.
