for those using the Lizards of Skyrim mod, i made a patch to fix a lot of the wierd looking faces, and it also makes it so that most pepole's heads now have the same color as ther body.
it MIGHT also fix the head looking grey, but i dont know what mod is cousing that, so i cant say for sure.
my mod to fix this is called: Derp Face Cure, texture bug patch for 'Lizards of Skyrim'
