Mike needs to belong to the faction "CrimeFactionWhiterun" (ID 267EA) if you want him to report any crimes to the whiterun guards.

tbf i did that for a reason as i made a save called spell merchant but for some reason it wasnt working so i spent ages remaking it and i named it spell merchant!

Kinda weird to have a ! in the filename though, although allowed in windows, I just never saw that in skyrim mods.

Changing the load order of things already established in a save WILL corrupt any further saves, which wont be apparent till later (it's just how skyrim has always worked), It's safe though if the mod was added to the end of the load order.

Obviously new games aren't affected by this.

it was normal mods for oldrim ( non-special edition skyrim) only some of them needing one or few dlc and not other mods or some game extenders

no sorry mods don't work like that sorry mods can only be used if the person reset the game.
i cant do anything about this thats just how skyrim works

Ciberzombie I hear what you saying but spending hours looking for one or two soul gems is one of the most boring parts of them game, also this isn't a game changing mod its just a mod to make the normal game more fun. The problem your facing is that you've completed the game and you don't know what to do.

i think this is more for the players that are too low level to get the good spells or just cant be bothered to go out and get the soul gems dude, y the hate? hes doing his best
