There is a mod called Ploppable RICO.
This allows you to use it as a Commercial or Office.

Thank you for replying. Hmm, that is some sad news. maybe I can find something similar but nonfunctional, (or maybe in the form of offices?). though I'll be subscribing to this as well. :steamthumbsup:

Pollution will occur and may have some impact on the public if adjacent to residential areas.

hi, quick question before subscribing. How compatible are thees with residential area? do they operate as standard in game factory with pollution? or is that removed, making it safe to blend the two together?
