Love this mod. Makes playing characters that are supposed to get hurt feel like less like a net loss.

@Kerodonasium the old wardrobe mod may be what youre looking for, it lets you choose what item sprites show on your character at spawn

Is it possible to have a mod that gets rid of the goat head sprite? I really like the mod but also really like the Tainted Lost sprite, so it'd be cool to have both

Any chance we could get a version of this that is just always Goat Head, but no Duality and that's Repentance compatible? (pretty sure this one is Repentance compatible, but just thought I'd mention in just in case) No worries if it's too much work, just thought I'd ask. Thanks for the mod.

@Uncle Larry "duality gives you a 100% chance of devil and angel rooms so goat head is useless" duality doesn't work like that, if one room opens, duality forces open the other room too. So since Goat's Head opens a devil room, duality forces open an angel room.
