EDIT: Also the pre-existing power generation (off-map dam?) seems wonky, parts of my town constantly show "not enough electricity" even though the meter shows more than double of the consumption is available.
I'm not sure if the map creation tool allows you to see where your builds will place within the tiles, but if there is a way to see where features, road exits, etc will fall, it may be a good to ensure the fun features are within 25 or the 9 tile area if possible. Otherwise, looks like a good map. I was hoping to restart with sunset falls, but that harbor area was not available.

For some reason I am not receiving any outside trains to the city or trains going out.
I believe that all the tracks are well connected :( I don't know what is happening.
