@Bagel SFM should download the model sooner or later. You could try un- and resusbcribing, or alternatively using the "workshop downloader", can be found via google.

@Sauerkartoffel You expand her model in the Animation Set Editor (the spawned models list). Most of the flexes will usually be in the "Unknown" group, together with some bones. Flexes dont have checkboxes in front of them.
Select one, then just pull its handle to the right. Make sure to be in timeline/grpah editor mode to actually see things change.
