I have to agree that maybe giving him a "hat" isn't the best way to go because he doesn't really have one. He just as a weirdly tall head. If you could give the helm a more "undead" feel, like the rest of his default aesthetic, it would be an improvement.
That being said, Limbo has NO SKINS right now, so... honestly, I'm cool with this design. It would work really well for his first Tennogen skin.
sorry i love rev
but still, yeah, groovy skin. I would love to see it in game!
i added 2 images with different colors, maybe it helps to see variation

However, the general detail and some of the color choices are pretty weak, everything looks not only very flat but also plastic-like. I understand that you can't edit the model in a TennoGen skin, but a skin should be able to show some interesting shapes and forms even with the base model. This skin doesn't really do that.
Perhaps giving the energy attached to the helmet the 'energy hair' treatment - maybe a long-haired, long-bearded head with some Vomvalyst/Fighter designs, with a Teralyst-esque hat on top.
As for the colours; perhaps consider the Hydrolyst, but with colours you'd associate with farms included.
I love that fact because default Reventant is ugly as ♥♥♥♥.
