1. yes, its just UDP IP
2. looks fine to me, but be sure to use a signed byte for the channel id, im not sure right now, but i think thats what i programmed for

i was a little bit confused on how to use this mod, first, i can use any programming language to send the packet to the UDP server, right? i'm using python because i already know how to do things in it

second, the string of the data itself , is:

Hi there! I'm trying to send controller input to the game using your amazing mod. I already have my script working, and im sending the data of the 2 axies in 4 channels, and the application recives it. But when I connect the 4 injection blocks to servos and bearings in game, nothing happens, and I dont know what to do. Please contact me somehow if you are willing to help. Its probably some very dumb mistake and you can tell me the solution immediatley (I can also send screenshots and stuff). Thank you!

if you want to have controller- or keyboard input into a block, then the application enables you to write code that sets the outputs of the injector part.

that sounds like the first trainer for scrap mechanic. And if you say "No, Brent Batch made a Blueprint Tool and this is also a trainer" NO you are wrong. its not changing the Game but only a saved file for a Blueprint.

Wait does that mean you could inject commands from a xbox controller and use that to control specific things in the game? Or is there a specific application that has to be the middleman to convert the commands from a xbox controller. Or is this mod just the middleman itself to allow specific applications access to certain aspects of the game... oof my head hurts...
