Just place whatever mod you want to use below Minor Mesh Fixes / Alternative in the load order when you launch the game. Any mods placed lower in the load order will overwrite the ones above it if it changes the same thing.

Could you possibly add a version that doesn't include the Ninja Mask? I like using the "undumbed" mod's version of the mask, but both mods aren't compatible
