Yeah right... try to load the mods Moveit! and Trafficmanager: President Edition. If this isn´t enough, also you have to load Network Extension mod.

hey when i load this map all the roads are messed up, they are all disconnected

Replace the Airport... seams like there´s a problem with the airport. No plane was landing/starting.
