@Dominicmgm Actually first place I'd expect them to land is over water since that's where most meteorites land.

A shame Avatar aka Dances with Wolves IN SPACE overshadowed this, as this was quite a unique and realistic take on "what if aliens came to Earth?". They didn't land them in New York or London or any other major city, they landed it in South Africa, the last place you'd expect an alien to land.
