This collection is essential for any city with a contemporary theme.
Thank you so much for your fantastic work.
Can t wait to get another of your stores.
Volkswagen Drive Showroom at Unter den Linden/Berlin, maybe not as glamourous but the store has a nice multi-level glasfront and they are displaying the full bunch of volkswagen brands.

It's amazing this collection! These assets are my favourites!

I suggest these stores:

- Massimo Dutti Polanco (Mexico City)
- Adidas Ginza
- Bvlgari Ginza
- Ermenegildo Zegna Ginza
- Versace Barcelona
- House of Riutals Amsterdam

@robertocrr, there is a button when you click on the building that can make it historical so it will keep the same model as it levels up.
robertocrr May 1, 2022 @ 8:11am
I love your work, the only proble I have wqith them. Most of them are buildings level 1 or 2, as soon as the building level up, they will be substituted with horrible Vanilla garbage, you should set them to level 4 or 5
Roq Oct 12, 2021 @ 5:21pm
One way to do this is to use Find It! To list commercial buildings, then plop it and set historical check box to avoid it being replaced. Then click the RICO button in the top right corner and choose the create local option, then you will have a RICO version you can use anywhere.
Holmgren Mar 17, 2021 @ 8:42pm
Thank you bro,The problem has already been settled.Waiting for you to create more works
Stringer Bell  [author] Mar 17, 2021 @ 1:45pm
Thank you all for your support for this collection. @Lovevv I imagine you are using RICO, these assets are not RICO-ready since they are growables, you need to go into RICO settings tab and add them from the list. @RobbieD68, the earlier assets some of them are corners, just place them like in the screenshots, the rest and all the recent ones should be non-corners. If they still keep disappearing, feel free to add me and we can investigate what is wrong. The assets are all built from the generic commercial high density template they should not disappear (and if they disappear, there should be many other buildings that disappear).
Holmgren Mar 14, 2021 @ 12:44pm
Brother, I can't find these houses.Where are they, please
疯狂的野牛 Mar 5, 2021 @ 5:31pm
awesome!!!!thanks for share
RobbieD68 Feb 24, 2021 @ 11:00am
Awesome collection! But I'm having issues with getting several of them to stay plopped. Do the corners need to be perfect for these to work? Or is there something else I need to consider?
B.A.F Jan 27, 2021 @ 11:58pm
without these assets, shopping districts are dull
Rose Jan 14, 2021 @ 12:42am
Best collection ever, I always have to include your buildings, you should look up Crystals mall Las Vegas, its a local mall out here and I think it matches your collection very well! Great job Bro!
Stringer Bell  [author] Oct 20, 2020 @ 5:08pm
@glifosfato Just click on a building and check the "Historical Building" box.
glifosfato Oct 17, 2020 @ 12:12pm
incredible assets, but they should probably be highest level, rather than lowest, no?
Ysil May 25, 2020 @ 8:33am
I subscribed to everything listed here and I don't regret it :cleanseal::buryyourhatchet:
Lorenzo94 May 25, 2020 @ 2:43am
OMG I love this collection. Can I request Gucci, Balenciaga and McQueen stores :)?
Stringer Bell  [author] May 23, 2020 @ 8:36pm
@CaddyShack you just need to select the building and check the box that says "Make Historical" and it will not change (but can still upgrade).
CaddyShack May 23, 2020 @ 8:03pm
Your store series is fantastic! The only thing is that they all quickly go away as soon as they grow to lvl 2, which happens quickly in my city :(

Will higher level buildings be in the works soon?
leo0966028252 May 21, 2020 @ 1:28am
fantastic!!:steamhappy:
Stringer Bell  [author] May 17, 2020 @ 3:30am
@BloodyLand884 They will automatically spawn on high commercial tiles -- please refer to description in each asset for exact dimensions, some of the earlier ones are corner buildings. You can also plop them using mods like Find It! Yes, there are some works in progress. I hope you like how these assets look in your city : D
BloodyLand884 May 15, 2020 @ 2:40pm
Thanks for your amazing work! I like them so much! I can't wait to see them in my city:) May I ask a question that are those building will automatically generate by the game or we have to manually place them? ( I am new to this game...) Thanks for your valuable time and I hope we can see your next project!!! (will there be?)
HTG May 4, 2020 @ 4:50am

Thanks @Ari for your support. I highly recommend this video series:

which is how I learned modeling for C:S from scratch. This guide is also immensely helpful:

Thanks @fvlasak89, please help support this collection and the assets by rating them up! : )
fvlasak89 May 26, 2019 @ 8:07am
These are incredible assets. Big fan of using them in my city. You’ve done a great job.

They all should be 5*!
Stringer Bell  [author] May 24, 2019 @ 2:42am
@cluskillz, thanks for the suggestions! Those buildings all look awesome, and some of them are definitely going onto my to-do list -- especially that Puma store in Osaka!
cluskillz May 19, 2019 @ 4:07pm
Awesome! This is exactly what I needed for my luxury shopping district.

Some other stores worth considering while keeping with the theme of this collection (some are duplicative brands):
Dior in Omotesando by SANAA
Prada in Tokyo by Herzog & de Meuron
Miu Miu in Aoyama by Herzog & de Meuron
Armani in New York by Massimiliano Fuksas
Hermes in Ginza by Renzo Piano
Natur & Nicolai Bergmann by SANAA
Burberry in Chicago
Givenchy in Seoul
Puma in Osaka
Bershka in Shibuya
Alienware in Chongqing
L'oreal concept in Stockholm by IAMZ
Hublot in New York

I would also say Mikimoto in Tokyo by Toyo Ito but someone else has already made one.
Forty Five Ten in Dallas is stunning, but has a distinctive traditional industrial flair with a modern twist (not straight up modern like what you have above)
anton May 6, 2019 @ 8:17am
These are beautiful!
danoneism Feb 7, 2019 @ 11:48am
Nice compilation.. Waiting for more to come.. thank you
BIG DICK BEN Dec 6, 2018 @ 5:48pm
Oh yes, you are right! I have forgotten about those. Alright, Great Job, please keep those coming! :) Thanks for these.
Stringer Bell  [author] Dec 6, 2018 @ 12:41pm
@Grimlock, thanks, I believe you can plop them with the Plop the Growables + Find It mods? I tend to gravitate towards growables since they can help your city grow and doesn't cost money to maintain, and you can have more than one of them in different districts if you want to, it just seems more flexible / vanilla overall.
BIG DICK BEN Dec 5, 2018 @ 10:14pm
Damn those look awesome, I was wondering if, you intend to release unique building version of those? Thank you.
