some of the rooms have missing textures and some of the models are errors, idk what I did wrong. I have CSS and I downloaded the required addons as well, I'll try verifying integrity but if that doesnt work i dont know.

i do not know what the creator did. i dont know if its an error on my end. but i loaded it, and 1. its just white. bright white..2. its not even lag, its slideshow with 1 frame all 5 seconds.

i really dont know what the problem was...have never seen something like that but it screams for an error that didnt just happend by mapping. might be my pc?

why don't high quality maps like this get the visibility and playtime they deserve

lowest FPS i get is 30 near one of the entrances but thats it. people ive played with havent had anything either. idk what to tell ya man.

The mod part of the map seems very laggy. I have a 1060 but some parts of the city make me drop all the way to 20fps. especially where there is a lot of light
