After entering each command, the console should show the path that that particular material/texture is being loaded from. If it points to anything other than gm_boreas or GMod/HL2, that's probably what's causing the issue.
@Kacpi: No. Try gm_ijm_boreas instead.
Weapons on spawn are also broken, as you don't get most of them.
What happened here?
@ 🕊 Peace&Death ⚰: If this is about the cave stalactites, read this thread. If not, you'll probably need to verify your GMod installation, or find and disable conflicting addons.
@LesbiCube-02: They worked when I last tried them. In any case, you'll have to report the issue to the author of that addon. It's unlikely that there's anything I can do as a map creator to fix the issue, and I'm no longer updating my GMod maps anyway.

@Unindentified Staem Accuont: This is a map for a video game. The whole thing is fake.
@mohinjoe: As far as I know, the only valid values for gmod_mcore_test are 0 (disabled) and 1 (enabled). Using a different value should have the same effect as one or the other. But like I said, the problem most likely lies elsewhere.
@!ALI: Not really.
