It needed to be able to fit inside a B-36 hull.

XF-85, the smallest fighter jet.
Spoon Nov 29, 2019 @ 8:31am
if only someone on here had a B-36
EpicFrostchaser Jun 26, 2019 @ 9:26am
oh
Moon.  [author] Jun 26, 2019 @ 6:20am
Also, the B-36 nickname was "Peacemaker", not "Peacekeeper".
Moon.  [author] Jun 26, 2019 @ 6:18am
No, it was designed to be carried by B-36s, as it says in the description. The B-29 was too small to carry the XF-85. The B-29s used in XF-85 testing were just there to test the plane, that configuration was never considered for combat.

The XF-85 Goblin Was Designed to be Carried by: B-29's and or B-36 Peacekeepers.

Oh man, this brings back memories. Quite a while ago, I went to the Strategic Air Command & Aerospace Museum in Ashland, NE not too far from Omaha which we also visited and went to the zoo, but anyway, we checked it out and it was so cool, they have hundreds of really cool Air Force and aerospace related objects of various types in their collection, including, but not limited to, the XF-85 "Goblin", a restored B-29 bomber, an Avro Vulcan, a B-52 bomber, an F-86 "Sabre", a MIG-21F "Fishbed-C", a U-2C Spy Plane, and the fastest plane in human history, the Lockheed SR-71 "Blackbird" (which is my favorite plane, second being the B-29)

Well, the names no joke, it really looks like something a goblin would fly

Ah, I see moon.

Battlefield's Assets never easy to obtain if someone have a program like Wraith... Anyway, I keen to wait because some clothing and equipment seems cool and not too shiny than CoD WWII

THANK YOU!!!!!!

Idk, maybe was a separate object (?)
Moon.  [author] Nov 24, 2018 @ 11:20am
Why wouldn't it be there?
AlexTypeR 狼 Nov 24, 2018 @ 11:13am
Does the model also include that yellow kart thing?
Moon.  [author] Nov 24, 2018 @ 3:51am
Yeah, it's a shame we do not have a B-36 model either.

Tukang:

It's currently impossible to get stuff out of BFV properly from what I heard. I do plan on doing the weapons as usual.
Ivel (Badut Society) Nov 23, 2018 @ 10:30pm
hey, moon. BFV already released, any future release for BFV weapons or equipments?

This is probably my favourite WoWP model you've released for far, only downside is you have to fashion your own retrieval gear :P https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1572632956 (I got a little carried away taking a screenshot though)

One of the goblin prototypes was equipped with a skid for emergency landings though, could have used that.
Dat-Mudkip Nov 23, 2018 @ 10:34am
I would guess that they would add such a thing for the sake of in-game consistency.
Moon.  [author] Nov 23, 2018 @ 4:14am
The goblin in that game had landing gear though, which it should not have.
Kommandant4298 Nov 22, 2018 @ 8:12pm
Ah, this little flying flea I had to put up with in BF1942: Secret Weapons of WWII.

Damn, this little thing was hard to control.
Dat-Mudkip Nov 22, 2018 @ 5:43pm
I wish people still played around more aggressively when it comes to designing things these days. Everyone's too scared to stray, and the ones that do are often seen as the outcastsa and are generally ignored.
Dr. Gordon Freeman, Ph.D Nov 22, 2018 @ 3:54pm
Ah yes, that period in the 1940s-50s when aircraft designers went badshit creative...
BlastDaLizard Nov 22, 2018 @ 10:33am
Cute.
Founder Nov 22, 2018 @ 6:37am
such a weird plane
