I have been advised, and personally verified, that Kraken's Better Dinos adds an Enforcer Defence Shield and that it is working just fine. KBD is an awesome mod and does so much more than my piece of junk. I encourage you to add that to your mod pack.
have also spawned an new one and build it also not working.

SupplyCrateClassString="SupplyCrate_Cave_QualityTier1_EX_C",
MinItemSets=1.000000,MaxItemSets=1.000000,NumItemSetsPower=1.000000,bSetsRandomWithoutReplacement=True,bAppendItemSets=True,
ItemSets=((
SetName="ExtraSaddle",
MinNumItems=1.000000,MaxNumItems=1.000000,NumItemsPower=1.000000,SetWeight=0.200000,bItemsRandomWithoutReplacement=True,
ItemEntries=((
ItemEntryName="Enforcer",
EntryWeight=1.000000,MinQuantity=1.000000,MaxQuantity=1.000000,MinQuality=1.000000,MaxQuality=4.000000,bForceBlueprint=False,
ChanceToBeBlueprintOverride=0.500000,ItemClassStrings=("PrimalItemArmor_EnforcerSaddle_C"),ItemsWeights=(1.0)
)))))
I didn't know the name of the item and the blueprint was the same.
(For others that didn't know it's the last digit in the GiveItem command that makes it an item or a blueprint. 0 for item 1 for blueprint)
My mod only adds a couple of new files and doesn't modify or replace anything. Unless you have something else called an EnforcerSaddle or Enforcer_Saddle then you're good to go.
On the reaper saddle, I'll look into it.
I guess you managed to guess the custom tag unlike i did. How'd you manage to get that working? I'd love the assistance from a fellow modder.
