It does loop quite smoothly, yes. Regarding the witch sounds/voices, please take a look at previous comments, I answered it already :steammocking:.

They are part of Bilian's L4D2 Sound & Music Mod , which is a rather large mod, broken up into 12 separate vpk's. I am confident that the witch sounds are located inside bilians_voicesfx.vpk.
