I did not realize the pop ups was me allowing the tablet to do things on it's own. I thought it was asking me to download things. Alright, thank you.

@-$ilver- - As I mentioned in my second response to you, the User is prompted to enable the tablet to use the website URL where the adventure books are hosted at, each time they start this mod. If you do not allow the tablet to access the website, the website link is also listed on the right sidebar of the screen for use manually.

It's asking you to allow the tablets to access the books website. If you're refusing it's no wonder you can't play.

When I start each time I have about five pop ups asking me to allow or to download something from your Workshop mod. I always cancel those. Not sure why it asks me each time. I've read and reread the instruction on the right, but nothing happens.

-$ilver- - No, there is no additional content to download. Follow the right sidebar instructions to navigate and use the books ("Read Online") to play each adventure as needed.

So I have to download outside content?
V3NOM  [author] Jan 5, 2023 @ 8:36pm
-$ilver- - When first initiating the mod, the user is prompted to enable the tablet to open the URL for the webpage of the books. If you are unable to utilize the tablet, the URL is also listed on the right sidebar of the screen for your convenience.

I just see a Google screen on the tablet. I see no list to choose from. Clicking on a book on the table does nothing.

-$ilver- - When following the mod instructions on the right sidebar of the screen, it will help guide you to the navigation process to create an character or starting the book adventure. *Make sure to select the "Read Online" option after selecting the book from the tablet.

I am not sure how to start it. I click on a book and nothing happens. I click on the tablet and a list does not pop up.

@CutlassFerbonks - Yes, you can save the character sheet by right-clicking on it and utilize the "Save Object" function from the pop-up menu. Additionally, you can save the current game state by using the "Games" tab from top of the screen and then select "Save & Load" to create a saved file. *The Character Sheet also retains the information from each page when toggling the states of the object itself (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5) when your character progresses from book to book.
CutlassFerbonks Nov 6, 2022 @ 1:40pm
Is it possible to save/load the character sheet somehow? Otherwise I have to keep my own to use it from session to session.

@Elder_Salt - Thank you.

Very cool man. :)

@iduno I'm not sure if this will help, but you can also click on the square box icon just left of the left/right/home icons on the very top of the tablet's display to get a pop-up window showing what is on the tablet's screen.

@ChimBlade - Although "Lone Wolf" books are for solo adventures, it allows others to experience their adventures differently through choice of weapons, skills and direction.

[ If you plan to run the Adventure Book as a group adventure, make sure everyone decides on the path direction as a group, but combat each encounter one on one in comparison to a solo adventure for each group member.]

How do you suggest playing with multiple people?
V3NOM  [author] Nov 12, 2018 @ 7:49pm
@Iduno - I have the Tablet locked in position for use, but you can unlock it by moving the mouse cursor above it and press the "L" key or use the "Right" mouse button for selection menu.

[Alternatively, you can use the mouse scroll wheel to zoom-in to when using the Tablet and for reading.]
Iduno Nov 12, 2018 @ 6:42pm
How do I pick up the tablet so I can read it? I know the alt key will let me see the tablet large enough to read for as long as I hold it, but that's not great for a book.

@adran06; Conker; Harvester; Someone Else - You are welcome. Enjoy your adventures!

@Conker - I am not affiliated with the creative team, "Project Aon," but I do support their choice that enables the readers to not having to navigate through several pages in order to read their path entry.

[ In the books, most path entries are a few paragraphs long and printed on one side of a page to be read from either side of an open book, while other path entries are multiple pages long and are often read from both sides of one page. ]
