Commissions as in requests for money :steamhappy:

cmdp1989 Sorry, I'm not too good with english, I might understood word "commissions" wrong. Are you talking about donations? I thought you were asking if I do models for request, lol. Which is the correct one?)

Other awesome New york buildings that havent been modeled yet: The MET, the American museum of Natural History, the old Penn station, and countless others. I would love it if any one of these that I gave you was modeled. Keep up the amazing work!

Seventh: The Waldorf Astoria, this amazing building is where all the executives who come to midtown from around the world stay: https://qtxasset.com/styles/breakpoint_xl_880px_w/s3/luxurytraveladvisor/1535381452/waldorf-astoria-ny.jpg/waldorf-astoria-ny.jpg?_k35jsLMNpWharlnOvsYoO9tpX5W2Ue2&itok=Zx6k4SxN

Last is the most interesting- also the most difficult to make - as it is a modern building built on top of an old post office that was made along with grand central station. However, the design beautifully incorporates old style with modern elements. Personally, I could not find any existing 3d models of this one

What is interesting about it is that its base is the only surviving aspect of the "Grand Central City" other than the terminal itself: here is a postcard of what I am talking about:

Fourth is the Manhattan Municipal building- It is the first thing you see crossing the brooklyn bridge, with an amazing profile and unique shape and crown.

Fifth is the 570 Lexington or GE building- amazing color and one of the most intricate crowns of any building ever

I have some suggestions since you're really good at this- if you're up for them- First on my list would be the metropolitan life insurance company tower and including the north building (there is a walkway over the cross street in between them) The north tower also was supposed ot be taller than the Empire state building, but the great depression happened

Second would be the new york life insurance building - it's a gold-crowned architectural marvel

Third is 230 Park- aka Helmsley Building- amazing, amazing building. The grand central viaduct runs right through it! It would be really awesome if someone could make a building that cars can actually drive through in the game!

Thanks for this - love it. Very excited at the idea of Penn station too.

You should do some of the Art Deco buildings in Detroit! That would be awesome.

Thank you for your comments and thumbs ups! I'm really glad you like my work!
Now to answer your questions - the building is about 210m high, I didn't convert this asset to RICO, don't know why, I just never pointed my attention that way. But I will make some assets setup for RICO in the future.
As for my next project - I was thinking about making San Remo Building, the Radiator Building also crossed my mind, I'll be definitely making this two in the future.
I also wanted to make some train stations, but not from New York - my options was Gare Du Nord (Paris) and Milan Central Station, but I really liked the idea of old Penn Station mentioned by Zefilipe. So Penn Station will be next.

Love this building. See it out the window at college every day! I actually cant believe someone just made it too because I was thinking of how awesome it would look in my city. Check it out in my screenshots. Definitely will be adding this one to the skyline.

A bit too tall for my current city, but still a stunning building! Nice job. :)
